Wholesale requirements:
When the total order amount reach to usd200 , the wholesale price will be offered.
Ordering informaiton:
Just click on a category that you are inerested in , then click on the pictured design that you like, Enter the quantity and requested informatio into the fields, click the add to cart button, And either continue shopping the way you just did , or click proceed to checkout. If at anytime you want to check out, just click on any products, then click on a view cart button and you can begin checkout from there.
Custom order:
Welcome the custom order, send the pictures or your own designs with related detail info.to angela@yisojewelry.com, we have several perfert staff work in our R&D dept.
Payment:
we accept paypal, western union, and also T/T. if the total amount less than usd500, try to pay us only one time, for the large order, we could accept 50% deposit in advance and balace before shipping.
Shipping time and method.
once we receive your order and confirmed the payment arrived, will send the goods within 2-10 working days. usually, we like use DHLand Fedex and it will take around 5-9 days. if you urgent need them, we will use the fast way could get it to you around 2-4 working days, but have to extra charge urgent shipping cost. Holiday and weekend do not count.
***For international shipments, only the shipping costs are noted , customs duty and any other import related charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Lifetime Warranty
If for any reason , breaks of your tiara, crown or othe products purchased from yiso wholesale shop, send it back for prompt repair or replacements. we will fix it or replace it whether it is a manufacturing defect or broken for any other reason.
Return Policy:
should be informed us within three days when the parcel received.
should take the detail picture of six angels of cartons and also need the picture of broken ones, as clear as you can
