Wholesale Requirements & Related Information
1.Qualification for Wholesale Pricing:
A wholesale price will be applied to all orders with a total value of USD 100 or more, or for parcels with a weight of 3KG or more. For orders below this threshold, please contact us directly for a customized quote.
2.Order Processing & Lead Times:
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 working days upon full payment confirmation. For larger orders, please allow 7-20 working days for processing. We offer multiple shipping tiers to choose from:
- 1.Express (Fast): 3-7 working days (via UPS/FedEx)
- 2.Express (Standard): 8-15 working days (via UPS/FedEx)
- 3.Express (Economy): 12-25 working days (via other couriers)
- 4.Sea Freight (Standard): 25-35 working days
- 5.Sea Freight (Economy): 35-55 working days
Note: For urgent orders, we will make every effort to ship within 2 working days, subject to stock availability.
3.Shipping & Payment Fees:
When placing an order, please select your preferred shipping method based on your desired delivery timeframe. The listed shipping rates include PayPal transaction fees (calculated as total order amount × 4.4% + $0.30 per transaction). This fee will be automatically deducted from our PayPal account.
To provide further support, we may cover all or part of the PayPal fees for orders meeting specific criteria.
4.Order Notes & Verification:
When placing an order, please include a note indicating your preferred delivery timeline. Double-check that your shipping address and contact information are 100% accurate before submission to avoid delays.
5.Large Order Shipping:
For orders approaching or exceeding USD 1000 , you could contact us for a more accurate, cost-effective shipping quote prior to payment. Please note that the listed freight costs are estimates and may vary slightly based on the final order quantity and specifications.
6.Alternative Payment Methods:
We also accept TT bank transfers to our USD bank account (transaction fee: $5 per transaction; processing time: 1-2 business days). We have local European and global collection accounts available — please email us for detailed account information.
7.Shipping Scope:
The listed shipping rates are only applicable to the contiguous United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other international destinations, please contact us for a custom shipping quote before payment.
8.Custom Orders:
Custom orders are accepted, subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ). Please send product pictures and details to angela@yisojewelry.com for a quote. For large custom orders, we offer volume discounts.
9.Additional Notes:
We update new products weekly, so be sure to check back often to find your ideal pieces. Before shipping, every product undergoes strict inspection, and we use reinforced packaging with extra foam to ensure your order arrives safely.
